Aeros Mental Health is a telehealth-only practice designed to offer flexible, personalized care. Services are available through both private pay and insurance, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your needs.

private-pay services offer additional flexibility and autonomy, including:
• Greater privacy and discretion
• No session limits imposed by insurance
• Flexibility in treatment length and goals
• Care that is collaborative and tailored to you

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for self-pay clients based on financial need to make therapy more accessible.

Sliding scale range for 50-minute session: $60–$120

Sliding scale range for 60-minute session: $75–$150

If using insurance, Aeros Mental Health partners with Headway, which manages eligibility, billing, and claims. Session costs (copays, deductibles, and rates) are determined by your insurance plan and handled through Headway. Insurances accepted through Headway: Capital Blue Cross PA, Carelon Behavioral Health, Aetna, Cigna, Quest Behavioral Health, Geisinger. 

Because insurance requires medical necessity, a diagnostic evaluation is required when using Headway, and all financial arrangements are managed through that platform rather than Aeros Mental Health. 

Although Aeros does not bill insurance directly, many self-pay clients choose to use their out-of-network benefits.

A superbill is a detailed receipt you submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Superbills include:

• Therapist credentials and license information
   
• Dates of service
   
• CPT codes
   
• Diagnosis code (required by insurance)
   
• Fees paid
   

1. You pay for your session at the time of service.
    
2. A superbill is provided monthly or upon request.
    
3. You submit it to your insurance provider.
    
4. Your insurer determines reimbursement eligibility based on your plan.
    

Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance benefits. Clients are responsible for verifying out-of-network coverage.

 Payment is due at the time of service.
 

• Credit cards, HSA/FSA, and approved electronic payments are accepted.
   
• A payment method is required to reserve telehealth appointments.
   
• Sessions are reserved time. The full session fee applies whether the full time is used or not.
   
• A cancellation fee may apply for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

• Those using insurance through Headway, all payments and specific payment terms are handled through headway.
