Aeros Mental Health offers out-of-pocket payment option. This means we do not bill insurance directly. Paying privately gives you greater privacy, more flexibility in scheduling, and freedom from insurance-driven limitations on your care.

Superbills & Out-of-Network
Upon request, we can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits before starting services. Out-of-network cannot be guaranteed.
Headway — Insurance Billing
Aeros Mental Health partners with Headway to offer insurance billing for eligible clients. Headway is a platform that handles insurance verification, billing, and payments on your behalf — so you can focus on your care, not the paperwork.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
