Aeros Mental Health is a private-pay, telehealth-only practice. We do not bill insurance directly.
This model allows for:
You are not required to receive a diagnosis to begin therapy unless you plan to use out-of-network insurance benefits.
Free 15-Minute Consultation
No charge. A brief call to determine fit and answer questions.
Initial Intake Session (50 minutes): $120
Clinical assessment, treatment planning, and orientation to services.
Individual Psychotherapy Session (50 minutes): $120
Ongoing therapy focused on individualized goals, skill development, and emotional growth.
Extended Diagnostic Evaluation (60 minutes): $150
Used when formal diagnostic clarification or documentation is required.
Most clients begin with a standard 50-minute session. Assessment and goal-setting develop collaboratively over the first few appointments.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on financial need.
Sliding scale range: $60–$120

Payment is due at the time of service.
There is no charge for the initial 15-minute consultation.
Although Aeros does not bill insurance directly, many clients choose to use their out-of-network benefits.
A superbill is a detailed receipt you submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance benefits. Clients are responsible for verifying out-of-network coverage.
