There Are Options for Your Care

We Often Work With Adults Who Are:

  • functioning day-to-day but privately overwhelmed

  • navigating anxiety, low mood, burnout, or “stuckness”

  • rethinking alcohol or substance use patterns

  • processing identity shifts, life transitions, or relationship stress

  • tired of carrying everything alone

  • wanting therapy that is personal, collaborative, and not one-size-fits-all

How Therapy At Aeros Helps:

Therapy with Aeros is for you if you want:

  • clarity about what’s weighing you down

  • support navigating stress, mood shifts, or overwhelm

  • help breaking cycles with substances or other coping habits

  • a place to explore identity, purpose, and direction

  • a therapist who adapts to what you need — not a manual

Scheduling Made Simple

At Aeros, getting started doesn’t mean waiting weeks. We offer flexible scheduling options — including evening sessions for those who work during the day — and we’ll collaborate with you to find a session frequency that fits your needs and your life.

Diagnostic Assessments

Diagnostic Assessment Available When Clinically Indicated

Aeros offers diagnostic assessments as part of the therapeutic process when they are clinically appropriate or requested. While a formal diagnosis can provide valuable insight and help inform treatment planning, it is not required to engage in services. Our focus remains on providing individualized, goal-oriented care.

Brief Therapy Episodes

What sets Aeros apart is its unique mix of structured therapy series, flexible treatment episodes. Each 6–8 session package is themed (e.g., Unwind Anxiety, Reclaiming My Time, and When in Doubt) and rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. These goal-oriented sessions provide practical tools without requiring a formal diagnosis. New series are introduced occasionally throughout the year.

Individual Therapy for Substance Use

We offer one-on-one therapy for adults navigating substance use concerns, including patterns of misuse, recovery support, or co-occurring mental health stressors. Therapy may involve addressing triggers, building coping skills, and exploring motivation for change.

This is not a structured treatment program and is not intended to fulfill legal or court-mandated requirements. Clients needing intensive services or medication-assisted treatment (MAT) may be referred to appropriate programs.

Longer-Term Therapy Options

For clients navigating complex trauma, identity shifts, or long-term emotional distress, we offer extended therapy that allows for deeper exploration and sustained support. This work is collaborative and paced to match the client’s personal process. Clients are welcome to start therapy with goals of short-term care and to continue attending therapy sessions after completing brief therapy series.

  • Person-Centered Therapy

  • Existential and Narrative approaches

  • Expanded Cognitive Behavioral Treatment

  • DBT-informed strategies for emotion regulation and relationships
