There Are Options for Your Care

We Often Work With Adults Who Are:

  • functioning day-to-day but privately overwhelmed

  • navigating anxiety, low mood, burnout, or “stuckness”

  • rethinking alcohol or substance use patterns

  • processing identity shifts, life transitions, or relationship stress

  • tired of carrying everything alone

  • wanting therapy that is personal, collaborative, and not one-size-fits-all

How Therapy At Aeros Helps:

Therapy with Aeros is for you if you want:

  • clarity about what’s weighing you down

  • support navigating stress, mood shifts, or overwhelm

  • help breaking cycles with substances or other coping habits

  • a place to explore identity, purpose, and direction

  • a therapist who adapts to what you need — not a manual

Scheduling Made Simple

Getting started shouldn’t feel complicated. Aeros offers flexible scheduling, including evening sessions for those who work during the day. Together, we’ll determine a session frequency that fits your goals and your life.

Diagnostic Assessments (When Needed)

A formal diagnosis can be helpful in guiding treatment or meeting insurance requirements, but it is not required to begin therapy. When clinically appropriate, diagnostic assessments are integrated into the therapeutic process with care and collaboration. Our primary focus remains individualized, goal-oriented support.

Brief Therapy Episodes

Aeros offers structured, theme-based therapy series designed to create momentum in a focused period of time. Examples include:

  • Unwind Anxiety

  • Reclaiming My Time

  • When in Doubt

Each series is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy and is designed to provide practical tools and measurable progress without requiring a formal diagnosis. New series are introduced periodically throughout the year.

Individual Therapy for Substance Use

We provide one-on-one therapy for adults navigating substance use concerns, recovery support, or co-occurring mental health stressors. Sessions may focus on:

  • Identifying triggers

  • Strengthening coping skills

  • Exploring motivation for change

  • Building sustainable patterns

This service is not a structured treatment program and does not fulfill legal or court-mandated requirements. Clients requiring intensive services or medication-assisted treatment (MAT) may be referred to appropriate programs.

Longer-Term Therapy

For clients navigating complex trauma, identity shifts, or long-standing emotional distress, extended therapy allows for deeper exploration and sustained growth. This work is collaborative and paced intentionally.

Clients may begin with a short-term therapy series and continue into longer-term support if desired.

Therapeutic Approaches

 Aeros integrates:

  • Person-Centered Therapy

  • Existential and Narrative approaches

  • Expanded Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • Solution Focused Therapy

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Somatic (Body) informed strategies

  • DBT-informed strategies for emotion regulation and relationships
