 I’m Aaron, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Aeros Mental Health. I help adults who are functioning on the outside but feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. My style is collaborative, lively, and adaptable — combining treatment approaches to best suit your needs of each session. 

People come to me when they’re tired of pushing through stress, repeating old patterns, or trying to handle everything alone.  I provide treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, coping with emotional experiences, life changes, or relationship stress. Therapy with me isn’t rigid or prescriptive; it’s a space to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and create changes that actually feel doable.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Duquesne University and a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, Accredited by  Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs. I have 10 years of experience supporting clients in therapeutic settings since 2015, providing direct counseling services  at inpatient substance use/mental health programs and outpatient programs since 2019. I have been licensed in the state of PA since 2024.
